The menu is constantly evolving and there is a steak specials board which offers prime cuts of beef from Cape Grim in Tasmania and Tajima Wagyu from Vic. Daily menu additions in accordance to market availability are aslo on the specials board. All dishes are exquisitely presented, balancing classic styles with a modern twist. With the changing of the menu comes the development of our small wine list twith some great wines from France and Australa.
Alchemy 731 is fully licensed, though should you wish to bring in one of your personal favourite bottles of wine, you may so at $7 per bottle Tuesday-Friday/$10 per bottle Saturday
Saturday nights require a minimum of two courses.
Alchemy 731 is open Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner, Friday lunch and Saturday for breakfast and lunch. (also available on request Tuesday to Thursday lunches for bookings with a minimum of 10 guests and 3 courses per person).
