Dear 'food-lover',

Over the last 3 1/2 years we have developed close relationships with our customers by taking their feedback on board and continually striving to offer interesting honest to goodness food that will have people returning. In July 08 we decided to officially launch the Alchemy Food & Wine Club as I wanted to extend our food philosophy further by inviting like-minded passionate ‘foodies’ to an exclusive club where we can meet regularly to eat, drink and discuss all things food and wine. The input that we receive from these get- togethers will be used to select new wines for our wine list or create new dishes for the menu, but mostly to learn from you what is important for you in the interesting and tantalising world of food and wine. I look forward to meeting you in person and hope to enjoy a glass of wine or two with you at our next Food & Wine Club gathering!

Membership

MEMBERSHIP FEE - Annual fee of $50 per member. This fee will subsidise the costs incurred for our fabulous events and generous offers available to members throughout the year. You will receive many wonderful benefits that far outweigh this fee.

1. When you dine at Alchemy 731, your table will be exempt from our corkage fees. Bring your own wine at NO COST!

2. You will be invited to attend our complimentary, bi-monthly Food & Wine Club gatherings to taste and discuss with Derek and professionals of the trade. Please note that each event will have limited numbers with cooking classes accepting only 5 guests and are held on the last Monday of every month from 6.15pm – 7.15pm

*All events for 2009 will be released by invitation only at the beginning of each month. The first event for 2009 is on Monday 23rd February.

3. You will receive priority notification of upcoming special events and promotions. With exclusive member offers announced throughout the year by email newsletter.

4. You are entitled to 15% off any Elixir food products bought at the restaurant.

5. You will receive an engraved security key ring with V.I.P number and details of the restaurant. If you loose your key ring the person who finds it can contact the restaurant so we can cross check the number on the key ring to our database and return your keys. *Please note the key ring is for the sole use of the name registered with the V.I.P number. The key ring is not transferable in any way.
