We at Alchemy 731 pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of food and service and to make your dining experience one to remember. There are several options available which will provide you with a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please see the following information. Bookings from 10 guest to 50 guests can choose from either of the following options: (no additional fee for alternate menu - option 2)

Menu Options

Option 1 = choose 1 entrée, 1 main and 1 dessert from our a la carte menu

Option 2 = choose 2 entrée, 2 mains and 2 desserts and have an alternate drop from our a la carte menu.

(ask us about our tasting menu including matching wines)

Private Rooms:

The Candle Room seats a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 adults.

The Book Room seats a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 20 people.

Main room seats a minimum of 21 and a maximum of 34 people.

There is no room hire fee, however there is a discretionary 10% service fee added to the bill on groups of 10 people and above.

Tables of 7 and above require credit card details to secure the booking.

Sunday/Public Holidays surcharges apply.

Please Note
 A discretionary 10% service fee will be added to the total of the bill for 10 guests and above.
 A credit card authority for $30.00 per person is required to confirm a booking.
 Alchemy 731's cancellation policy is that the authority will be processed if a party does not show at the restaurant the day or night of the booking.
 If the party cancels the booking 24 hours prior to the booking the deposit will not be processed.
 Final numbers are confirmed the day prior to your booking. Any changes to numbers within 12 hours of the arrival time will be charged in full.
